Printer errors

I have a hp officejet 5510 all-in-one printer and when I turn it on a error displays on its screen. 

The error is "Printer cartridge error. See the product documentations for details". The problem is that there is nothing about this error in there and it is new cartridge and they work.

it seems that the cartridge is not installed properly..

remove the cartridge and install it again

read the manual for instructions on how to remove a cartridge and also on how to install a new one..

The problem is that the cartridgetray is faulty
