Instructions on how to print comments in Microsoft Excel 

1. Start Microsoft Excel and open the spreadsheet that contains the comments you wish to print with the spreadsheet.
2. Click "File" > "Page Setup".
3. Click on the "Sheet" tab.
4. In the "Print" section, select either "At end of sheet" or "As displayed on sheet" options from the "Comments" drop-down menu.
5. Click "OK".
6. Now print the spreadsheet by choosing the "File" > "Print" and then printing from the "Print" dialog box.
