Instructions on how to add a contact in Outlook
- Click the File menu, select New, in the sub-menu click Contact.
- Type in the name, e-mail address or any other details you wish to enter.
- Click the Save and Close button.
To add the sender of an email, in the open message, right-click the name that appears on the From line, then click Add to Outlook Contacts on the shortcut menu.
