How to Create Clouds in Photoshop

I wish to know how can I create clouds in photoshop.

  1. Open Photoshop.
  2. Click File > New.
  3. Double click the top color swatch and select the dominate color. Repeat with the second swatch which is the cloud color.
  4. Click Filter > Render > Clouds.
