Heat Problem

My pc has to be restarted once a day. When I run sysoft sandra it shows a auxiliry temperature overheat problem. The temp of my cpu is around 40 degrees and my board temp is around 44 degrees but the aux temp is 96 degrees. What can i do about that and what is your aux temp?

Have a look at the space between the processor and the fan. Try removing the dust there if any, with a toothbrush or
by blowing air on the dust. I had this problem sometime back, and removing
the dust on the processor radiator solved the problem.
