You can check your current updates for microsoft windows by going to start, then Microsoft Windows Updates. It should be at the top left hand side in the start menu. Click on Microsoft Windows updates, and it will direct you to the Windows online site. From there, you can scan your computer for the latest updates so that Windows is current.
