Tips to Improve the Quality of Incoming Faxes   

  • Consult your owner’s manual. There should be some tips there specific to your fax machine/ model.
  • Clean your fax machine. Make sure that there are no dust particles that are in the way of the ink hitting the paper.
  • Ensure that the paper is unwrinkled, fresh and bright white. When your paper is not clean and white, then your fax will not be as good as it should be.
  • Clean the printing cartridge.
