Links and pictures not showing up

I originally ran into the problem when the computer was first set up and I tried to go to ups.com to track a package. On the ups site on the tracking page nothing is showing up. I thought it might have something to do with Java so I downloaded the latest version of that. Did not fix my problem. I thought maybe it might have something to do with a flash player so I went to adobes website but i was unable to see any of the buttons to install or download any of the programs. I'm kind of at a loss with what to do next so here I am.
The computer is nothing special, its' got window's xp.

Interesting.. Did you check your computer for possible virus, malware, spyware programs?

Can you post your machine's Hijack-This log over here?

It might be a good idea to just format the machine and install Windows XP again. Incase, you can post your HijackThis log and we will see if we can do something without you having to format.
